Shipping Policy

LitMist partners with several trusted carriers, including USPS (Priority Mail and Priority Express), UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely delivery of all website orders. Please note that in some cases, deliveries to PO Boxes may not be available.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout, and you’ll be able to select from the available shipping options before completing your order.

Currently, LitMist ships exclusively to the United States and its territories.

Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders submitted before 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. postal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• USPS Priority Mail: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Express: 1–3 business days

• UPS Next Day: 1–2 business days

• FedEx Next Day: 1–2 business days

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

For large Private Label, Wholesale, or Bulk orders, we offer shipping through USPS, UPS, DHL, or LTL Freight. Our sales department will confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes before your order is dispatched.
