At this time, LitMist ships only within the United States and its territories.
Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders submitted before 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. postal holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
For large Private Label, Wholesale, or Bulk orders, we offer shipping through USPS, UPS, DHL, or LTL Freight. Our sales department will confirm shipping costs before your order is dispatched.
All products sold on this website contain less than 0.3% 49-THC in compliance with federal regulations.
LitMist’s THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Nebraska, Arkansas, Utah, and Vermont.
We are also unable to ship Amanita muscaria products to the state of Louisiana.
Shipping eligibility may vary based on current state regulations. LitMist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if shipping a product to a specific state would violate local or federal law. We regularly monitor changing hemp and cannabinoid regulations and update our shipping policies accordingly.
Please be aware that certain products, such as gummies, may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. While most items ship safely, LitMist cannot be held responsible for melting or heat-related damage that occurs during shipping.
To help prevent this, we recommend having someone available to receive your order upon delivery, so it isn’t left outside. If your package feels warm, open it immediately and allow products to cool at room temperature before handling.
Refunds or replacements are not available for items damaged due to heat exposure. If you are concerned about temperature-sensitive products, we recommend selecting an alternative item that ships more safely in warm conditions.
