Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened or the product seal has been broken. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of all items shipped.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
To initiate a return, please contact Support@litmistco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at Support@litmistco.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
