Warranty
Our return/refund policy only applies to structural damage that has occurred during shipment and threatens the integrity and/or function of the item.
Breaks and cracks that occur after shipment has been completed do NOT qualify as product defects.
Please keep the original packaging. Contact our customer service team clearly stating the product name and order number/proof of purchase and photo/video of the damaged or broken item(s). Email: support@litmistco.com
If your piece was broken by accident, please contact support@litmistco.com for a special replacement discount.
LEGAL NOTE: Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. LITMIST is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products.

Limited Warranty Shall Not Apply:
LITMIST takes no responsibility for Product damage, property damage, or physical bodily harm from misuse or use with unsupported charging hardware and accessories. Charging input should not exceed 5 Volts 2 Amps.
If the Product has been improperly used, altered, or tampered with in any way. The Purchaser assumes the risk or liability for loss arising from misuse or alteration.
Failure to properly maintain the Product. If the Product’s lack of performance is due to the Purchaser’s not maintaining the Product correctly.
Incorrect/incomplete address:
If a customer makes an order, it is their responsibility to make sure the address is correct on that order.
LitMist accepts no liability for undelivered/missing orders if the customer provides an incomplete/incorrect address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please email as soon as possible.
Please provide the order number and correct shipping address, and we will endeavor to rectify that before the order ships.
Returns by mail USA Only: Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
Before returning any item, contact our customer service team for a return reference number. They will then advise of the USA return shipping address and return case number.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from LitMistco.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.
